Hinduism is often said to be the oldest religious tradition and has no single founder. It is the worlds third largest religion following Christianity and Islam with the majority of it's followers living in India. The main divisions of Hinduism today are Vaishnavism, Shaivism, Smartism and Shaktism. Most Hindus believe that the spirit or the soul is eternal and come from diverse systems of thought including monotheism, polytheism, panentheism, pantheism, monism, and atheism. | |
