Winning peace and its importance over winning a war.

I find it more rewarding to win peace instead of wars although we find it normal to use the verbs win and loose for the use of the latter.

I think you've got a point there. Society prefers winning a war but do not look at the concept of winning peace as the result. Perhaps this is because the end of a war does not result in peace. Peace is a product of differences made through all sides wanting to, not one side being forced to.
