I think eating from the tree of knowledge is a representation of our transcendence from animal to human. With Self-awareness we gained the ability to evaluate our actions from another perspective and make judgments about which actions are better or worse. God, in part, is the next level of perspective, determination not only which actions are better or worse for us, but which or better or worse on a more profound omnipresent, 4th dimensional unstuck in time kind of way. |
